Chief Operating Officer

Dr. Jennifer Thai is a talented, invaluable key leader who never stands still and is always looking for creative ways to grow and expand the practice. As Chief Operating Officer, Dr. Thai plays an integral role in managing day-to-day operations, featuring more than 50 employees and over 10 providers at all locations, as well as overseeing the Accounting, Marketing, Management, Billing, Audiology, Human Resources, and IT Departments and spearheading all projects that align with the team’s mission. She consistently ensures the practice has the proper operational controls, administrative support, and resources in place to achieve its goals and objectives. In this position, she has the unique ability to grasp the most complex issues and challenges and excels in finding innovative solutions and implementing processes to ensure seamless and efficient practice.

Dr. Thai embarked on her professional journey by earning her doctorate at Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX. After practicing as a chiropractor for a few years, she found immense fulfillment in the medical management aspect of her work, prompting a shift in her professional focus where she ultimately started her administrative role as the practice manager before transitioning into her current position where she serves as the Chief Operating Officer.

With an entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Thai is always on the lookout for creative and innovative ways to foster the growth and expansion of the practice. This forward-thinking approach has played a pivotal role in the practice’s success, showcasing her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of care.

Dr. Thai is not only an overachiever but also a devoted wife and mother of two. Her commitment extends beyond the workplace as she dedicates her free time and energy to her daughter’s cheer team, where she also serves as the treasurer and sons’ competitive soccer team. Beyond her unwavering loyalty to both profession and family, Dr. Thai finds joy in the company of her three doodles—Sweetie, Teddy, and CoCo.
