Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Jennifer Thai, Chief Operating Officer, provides executive leadership and operational oversight for the organization’s continued growth and expansion. She directs daily operations across all locations and oversees Accounting, Marketing, Management, Billing, Audiology, Human Resources, and Information Technology. Known for her strategic insight and operational rigor, Dr. Thai leads initiatives that enhance efficiency, strengthen internal controls, and support scalable, sustainable growth.
Dr. Thai earned her doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College and began her career in clinical practice. She later transitioned into medical practice management, where her leadership capabilities and strategic vision led to her advancement into the role of Chief Operating Officer. Her entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to excellence play a key role in advancing the organization’s mission and maintaining the highest standards of care.
Beyond her professional role, Dr. Thai is a devoted wife and mother of two. She is actively involved in her daughter’s cheer program, serving as treasurer, and supports her son’s competitive soccer pursuits. At home, she enjoys time with her three beloved doodles—Sweetie, Teddy, and CoCo—who add plenty of joy and energy to her life.
