Chief Financial Officer
Loay Wahbeh is the Chief Financial Officer of OPREX Medical Group, where he leads the organization’s financial strategy, accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, banking relationships, and internal controls. He partners closely with executive leadership to support disciplined growth, operational efficiency, and long-term financial sustainability.
Loay brings over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, including public accounting experience with Deloitte. He holds Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certificate with extensive expertise in healthcare financial operations, multi-entity structures, financial modeling and internal controls
Known for a collaborative leadership style and strong attention to detail, Loay excels at translating complex financial information into actionable insights for physicians and operational leaders. He maintains a pragmatic approach to restructuring, focusing on empowering teams, establishing clear accountability, and supporting data-driven growth while upholding rigorous financial governance and operational discipline.
