Introducing Faster, Easier Check-in

At Pasha Snoring & Sinus Center, our first priority is to serve you and your family with excellent healthcare.  We’ve been actively working to improve our systems to better meet the needs of our patients.  Now, we are excited to announce our partnership with Phreesia to modernize our patient intake process!  Phreesia allow patients to pre-register for appointments prior to arrival, even in the comfort of their own home.  The process is simple, patients will receive a registration prompt with their appointment reminder via text message or email.

With Phreesia Mobile, patients can complete their registration from wherever they feel most comfortable and safe – at home, in their car or from another personal space.  They can update their clinical and demographic information, take a photo to store in their patient record, capture images of their driver’s license and insurance card, sign forms and policies, and pay copays and outstanding balances-all from the privacy and ease of their own device.

Here are some additional benefits of checking in via Phreesia’s Mobile solution:

  • There is NO APP – you simply click the link provided in the text message or email.  This allows you to securely answer any registration and medical questions necessary for your appointment.  You will be able to complete everything from your own device.
  • 3 days before your next appointment, you will receive a text message or email with a link to your personalized Phreesia invitation.  When you receive the message click the link and follow the prompts.  There is no enrollment, registration or password required!
  • If you do not have a mobile device or computer, we will have devices available for patients to check-in, and our receptionist can help if you need assistance.
  • Mobile allows patients to check in 30% faster when using their own device.
  • Mobile is more convenient for the patient and allows them to check-in anywhere they have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
  • Patients can make payments prior to their appointment.
  • Phreesia’s secure system can store your payment information for future appointments.  You always have the option to decline this service.
  • Phreesia will save you time when arriving at our office and to ensure that your health records will always be up-to-date.

  • Once you have completed the initial registration, the next time will be much quicker because Phreesia saves your answers.
  • If you have not completed your registration before the appointment, see one of our receptionists and they will be happy to send you a new link.  Don’t worry, Phreesia saves information you entered previously.
  • Mobile registration is available in 20 different language and the PhreesiaPads in the office offer Spanish in addition to English.
